Vanessa Mesquitachampion of BBB 14gave his opinion on the case of Pedrodo BBB 26who pressed the quit button after trying to kiss Jordana on the reality show.
The ex-BBB did not agree with presenter Tadeu Schmidt’s statement that, if his brother had not given up on the program, he would have been expelled.
“‘Ah, he would be expelled’. What time would he be expelled? He would have to be expelled at the moment everything happened. I think it took a few hours for him to be expelled”, said Vanessa during Papo Pop, a special podcast about BBB 26 on CNN Brasil.
“The production always carries out a series of tests, check-ups, psychologists, how did they miss a participant like that, through all this protocol that the program uses? By the time he took her underwear, the production should have already been on alert. It’s regrettable that she had to go through that”, he concluded.
What happened?
Pedro pressed the cancel button on the reality show on Sunday (18), after trying to kiss his sister Jordana in the house’s pantry. Before leaving, still in the confessional, the brother admitted that he had been “trying to hold back from ogling the girls for days.”
In the video that the broadcaster showed during the live program, it is possible to follow, in detail, the sequence of events that preceded the participant’s departure from the game.
In the report, Pedro suggests that Jordana would have given him “openness” for him to interact with her, during the moment they went to look for a hair styler in the pantry.
“I had been trying for days to stop myself from looking at others, ogling others. The girls, Jordana especially, because she is very similar to my wife”, he began in a confessional.
“Today I ended up falling into this… I looked at her, I lusted after her, I desired her. And I thought she had given her morals, that it had been reciprocal, but, from what I saw later, it was all in my head”, he added.
