Thanks to this, it contains neither protein nor fiber contained in groats and vitamins from fresh vegetables. This combination helps maintain a slim figure and stable energy throughout the day.

Although Jennifer Aniston can afford to buy exotic, high-end products, her salad is a model of simplicity. You can easily buy the ingredients in any supermarket and they won’t put a major strain on your wallet. The only expensive extravagance here are pistachios, which you can replace with native pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

Component:

  • 1 cup of cooked bulgur;
  • 1 can of chickpeas;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 handful of parsley;
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh mint;
  • 1 small red onion;
  • 100 g sera feta;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 30 g of pistachios or other nuts or seeds;
  • juice of 1 lemon;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation method:

Cook the groats according to the instructions on the package and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, cut the onion and cucumber into small cubes, also chop the herbs and pistachios. Drain the chickpeas and rinse them thoroughly.

Mix olive oil with lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with the sauce. Crumble the feta cheese on top.

You can change some ingredients in this recipe, for example with seasonal vegetables. The actress herself admits that she sometimes did this so that her lunch would not be boring.
