At the oral hearing with the disciplinary accused prosecutor and former head of the former Special Prosecutor’s Office, Daniel Lipšic, the closing arguments were heard on Thursday at the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic. The petitioner, Prosecutor General Maroš Žilinka, requests to recognize Daniel Lipšic as guilty of all points of the disciplinary proposal and impose the penalty of transfer to a lower level of the prosecutor’s office. Daniel Lipšic is asking to be released from the disciplinary proposal.

According to Daniel Lipšic, the motive for filing the disciplinary motion was enmity, hatred and revenge on the part of Žilinka. According to the accused prosecutor, during the hearings, the manipulation of facts in all three acts was proven.
Prosecutor of the General Prosecutor’s Office (GP) of the SR Daniel According to the disciplinary proposal consisting of three points, Lipšic should have aggressively shouted at the director of the personnel office of the GP SR Elena Černá with the fact that it is “paid to the Žilinka regime” and that “the personal office of the Slovak GP performs overtime work for the Prosecutor General”.
Another point of the proposal concerns rejection of the accused’s complaint against the charges brought in the Virus case without knowledge of the classified attachment of the investigation file. He is also subject to disciplinary proceedings for an inappropriate sarcastic text addressed to the leadership of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
