Matheus Moreira, participant of Big Brother Brasil 26, will be investigated for homophobia. The participant was reported to the São Paulo Public Ministry on Thursday (22), for imitating in a pejorative manner the mannerisms of a gay man.

The complaint was made by Agripino Magalhães, substitute federal deputy for São Paulo and president of the LGBTQIAPN Pride Association. The MP-SP accepted the arguments and will request the opening of an investigation to investigate the matter.

At the last BBB party, he was accused of homophobia by doctor Marcelo Alves, who even cried in Breno Corã’s arms. At another point, talking to Juliano Floss, Samira and Paulo Augusto, Marcelo asked: “What is the need for a person to do something like that?”, asked the doctor.

Juliano was also bothered by Matheus’ jokes. In conversation with Babu, the dancer and influencer recalled that, at one point, the fighter sang a homophobic anthem sung in stadiums by a team from Rio Grande do Sul.

Other comments from Matheus have also bothered other participants in the reality show and the public. On the program, he accused Ana Paula Renault of approaching black people and minorities in the house out of interest and, at another point, he said that participant Gabriela Saporito had no “openness to the world” because she was a virgin, and that for this reason she also had difficulty dealing with “tough guys”.
