Brussels/Washington – After the temporary escalation in the Greenland conflict, the EU is preparing for an even greater separation from the USA under President Donald Trump. At a special summit in Brussels, there was relief that Trump had initially withdrawn his punitive tariff threats against Germany and other European allies. However, top politicians made it clear that there should be no “business as usual” given the situation.
