Then the pancakes will come out brown on the outside and will seem fluffy on the inside. What you’ll actually get is a heavy mass. After eating a few of these, you will feel a heavy feeling in your stomach.

Fat may also be responsible for increasing the caloric value of fritters and worsening their taste. This involves using large amounts of oil and frying in the same fat multiple times.

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml of milk;
  • 300 g of wheat flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 apples;
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar;
  • oil for frying.

Preparation:

To make the pancakes, first peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze them if they release a lot of juice.

In the next step, sift the flour with baking powder into a bowl and add vanilla sugar. Then add the milk and eggs and beat or mix everything well to obtain a smooth, quite thick mass without lumps.

Add grated apples to the prepared dough. Stir everything again.

Pour oil into a cold pan and add vinegar. Then place the vessel over medium heat and wait until the fat is well heated.

Place small portions of dough on the heated oil, leaving spaces between them. Fry the pancakes until they are brown on both sides.

Place the pancakes on a plate lined with a paper towel. After they cool down slightly, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
