Disney announced the official trailer for the new animated series from the universe of “Star Wars: Maul – Lord of Shadows” this Thursday (22). The news came accompanied by the participation of Wagner Moura49, in the voice cast.
This will be the actor’s first work since the . In animation, which premieres on April 6 on the streaming platform, the artist will voice the captain Brander Lawsonwhich investigates the protagonist of the animated series.
The story takes place one year after the end of “The Clone Wars” (The Beginning of the Age of Empire) and follows the villain Darth Maul who tries to rebuild his criminal syndicate in the underworld of the galaxy, on a planet called Janix, which has not yet been dominated by the Empire.
He crosses paths with a disillusioned young Jedi Padawan, Devon Izara, whom he attempts to train as his apprentice to seek revenge.
