Manchester City beat the bottom of the league without any fuss


Manchester – Manchester City recorded a straightforward home win against latecomers Wolverhampton in the Premier League. In the second-placed team’s 2-0 win on Saturday, Erling Haaland, who was initially rested, only came into the game 20 minutes before the end. Omar Marmoush, who came into the starting line-up for the Norwegian, scored in the 6th minute. Winter signing Antoine Semenyo (45.+2) scored the final score shortly before the break. Wolverhampton played the game more openly after the break.
