Misha Glenny began his journalistic career in Vienna as the Balkans correspondent for Guardian and the BBC. He currently heads the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna. But for some time now, the historian has been commuting between Vienna and London again. The 67-year-old has been running the radio show since January In Our Time which is something like the intellectual radio flagship of the British Broadcasting Corporation, the oldest and still most important national broadcaster in the world.
