Kitzbühel – Manuel Feller couldn’t have chosen a better time for his first win of the season. The 33-year-old Tyrolean won his home race in Kitzbühel after twice having the fourth-fastest time in his eleventh appearance on the Ganslernhang, thereby putting an exclamation mark on the previously disappointing slalom runners. A fifth place for Feller in Adelboden was the best result so far in seven gate races.
