The walk led by federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), who left Minas Gerais heading to Brasília, is scheduled to arrive this Sunday (25). The final point of the route will be Praça do Cruzeiro, in the federal capital. The movement, which began last Monday (19), covered approximately 240 kilometers as a form of protest against the arrest of former president Jair Bolsonaro and convictions related to acts of January 8 of 2023.

According to the parliamentarian, the act has a “symbolic” character and aims to “bring light” and “give hope” to supporters. This Saturday (24), in an exclusive interview with Young Panwhen passing through Valparaíso de Goiás, Nikolas assessed the objective of political mobilization in the population. During the journey, the deputy shared reports of cases that he considers “absurd” in the country for every 10 kilometers traveled, including mentions of the death of trader Cleriston Pereira da Cunha in Papuda.
