The first course of the year for federal and state deputies, public managers and political leaders. The initiative is a partnership with Insper.

The initiative will address communication, political positioning, image management and building the legacy of mandates.

“The construction of a political legacy depends on the way management communicates. The course is designed to enable leaders to communicate results with responsibility, ethics and commitment to transparency, important elements to strengthen public trust and face challenges such as corruption”, says Rodrigo Cobra, executive director of RenovaBR.

Furthermore, until February 22, those interested in contesting this year’s elections will be able to sign up for the 2026 Leaders Training course, which will take place between March and June.

Students will take classes on topics such as campaign planning, digital communication and the electoral process. Individual mentoring and monitoring sessions will also be offered, led by professionals with experience in campaigns.
