It was already announced at the end of October that the Bavarian state government planned to conclude a framework agreement with Microsoft. The fact that the Bavarian administration would be tied to the Microsoft 365 cloud office package for another five years not only angered experts and the local digital economy, but also led to “growing irritation and great concern” among the opposition. Now the dispute in Munich also came to a head within the state government.
