The new deposit system in Poland is gaining momentum, and with it solutions are emerging that are intended to make everyday life easier for consumers. One of them is collecting packaging directly from the door of the apartment.
The Frisco online grocery store from the Eurocash Group was the first in Poland to take such a step. Customers ordering shopping for home delivery can give the courier empty cans and plastic bottles covered by the deposit system. Everything is happening with standard deliverywithout additional formalities and without the need to report the return in advance in the application.

To start with, the solution has been launched in the seven largest agglomerations in Poland. Residents can pick up packaging:
- Warsaw,
- Krakow,
- Wrocław,
- Poznań,
- Katowice,
- Łódź,
- Tricity.
It is in these cities that Frisco couriers can collect up to two bags of used packaging when delivering groceries.

The service applies to cans and plastic only bottles marked with the “Kaucja” logoi.e. those covered by the new deposit system. Importantly, these do not have to be packaging for products purchased in Frisco, cans and bottles of other brands of drinks are also accepted. However, packaging from the old system, especially glass bottles, is excluded from collection.
The refund of the deposit goes to the customer in in the form of a deposit coupon for your next purchases in Frisco the in other forms provided for by applicable regulations. The operator of the deposit system Kaucja.pl is responsible for handling the entire process and deals with the settlement and records of returned packaging.
