Nikolas charges Alcolumbre with Master’s CPI and criticizes Lulinha during an event in Brasília

Representative Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) accused the president of the Senate, Davi Alcolumbre (União Brasil-AP), for not opening a Joint Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPMI) to investigate Banco Master. Furthermore, he criticized Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha, son of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT). Before Nikolas arrived, 72 people were struck by lightning in an event that brought together thousands in the federal capital.

“A person who has been silent in this country called Davi Alcolumbre. We want, Davi, the installation of Banco Master’s CPMI”, he said. “We are also here as a cry from those who cannot take it anymore to be able to find out and punish those who committed criminal actions or what happened to the wife of a STF minister having a contract worth 129 million with Banco Master”, he added. The parliamentarian also stated that the “Acorda Brasil” walk is against violence, crime and what he called “health neglect”.

Lightning strikes more than 70

The Federal District Military Fire Department (CBMDF) has 72 victims treated at the scene, of which 42 are stable, conscious and oriented. Thirty people were transported by the CBMDF, taken to the Federal District Base Hospital (HBDF) and the Asa Norte Regional Hospital (HRAN).
