Do you take dirty dishes out of the dishwasher? This may be the cause

It happens that the dishwasher does not wash the dishes. However, it is rarely the fault of a faulty devicea, although of course failures can also happen. Much more often than not, we are the culprit.

If you also regularly remove dirty glasses from the compartment, e.g. you are probably making one of the common mistakes when using a dishwasher. Get to know them and learn how to avoid them so that you don’t have to wash the dishes again, thus wasting electricity, time and money.

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher are a common problem caused by incorrect decisions made by users. The two most common ones are not removing large leftovers and arranging things like plates, bowls and glasses in the wrong way, e.g. too tightly, one inside the other or out of position.in which they cover the spray arms, which prevents water from reaching all surfaces.

Another common mistake that causes the dishwasher not to wash the dishes is an incorrectly selected program, e.g. fast or eco. They are too short if the clothes are very greasy and the dirt has already dried.

Other causes that ruin the entire washing process are too little detergent, lack of salt or rinse aid and too low water temperature.y. If you forget about these issues, even the best quality dishwasher may not wash the dishes.

Contrary to common fears, the dishwasher filter rarely needs to be replaced. If you clean it regularly (preferably at least once a week to prevent it from clogging) and do it properly, it can last as long as it is functional.

The most durable filters are those made of metal mesh, resistant to high temperatures and damage. Models with plastic or nylon mesh can also last for years, but they need to be washed more carefully because they are prone to cracking, especially in the corners.

The dishwasher filter needs to be replaced when it is cracked or has significant deformations. Problems may be indicated by water remaining at the bottom of the chamber and noisy operation of the device.

A dishwasher is not just a filter. If it is to function properly and wash dishes properly, you need to clean it completely regularly. For daily care of the device, all you need is warm water and a soft spongeand a mixture of water, baking soda and dishwashing liquid will help with limescale deposits.

Do not use wire brushes or hard brushes, as they may damage sensitive parts of the equipment. If you plan to use vinegar, e.g. to improve the smell, place it on the upper basket. It will evaporate quickly at the bottom.
