Slovakia will file a lawsuit at the Court of Justice of the European Union (EU) against the RePowerEU regulation, which prohibits the import of Russian natural gas from November 2027. Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) said this at Tuesday’s press conference, according to which Slovakia will object to the violation of the principle of subsidiarity and proportionality.
