Levi’s operations in Brazil are under new management. The company announced the name of Karsten Koehler as the new Country Manager and the executive will assume the role this month. The executive will report to the team’s leadership in Latin America and will have, on his agenda, the mission of boosting the growth of the operation in the country.
Koehler has extensive experience in retail, especially working with international brands. He worked for 15 years in Nike’s national operation and became the company’s general manager in Brazil. Most recently, he spent four years at Grupo SBF/Fisia
With more than 25 years of experience in leadership positions in the fashion, sports and retail sectors, Karsten has built a solid trajectory in global and national companies, with emphasis on 15 years at Nike and four years at Grupo SBF (), owner of Centauro, leading Fisia, Nike’s distribution front in the country.
