Nine people who unsuccessfully applied for an occupational disability pension from the Pension Insurance Agency (PVA) are making allegations against the PVA and its experts. These are people who are moderately to severely ill with the disease ME/CFS, the letter says. They have filed a complaint with the Vienna public prosecutor’s office alleging false evidence and abuse of office. The ORF was the first to report on the allegations, and the STANDARD also has the complaint.
