Nord Wealth, the wealth management arm of Nord Wealth, accelerates its growth strategy and plans to reach R$16 billion under consultancy by the end of 2026, compared to the R$10 billion recorded at the end of 2025. The plan involves strengthening the B2B fronts, expanding the portfolio of services for businesspeople and high-income investors and consolidating the wealth planning area, at a time marked by regulatory changes, asset succession and the advancement of artificial intelligence in the financial market.
The expansion occurs amid the boom in the consultancy and wealth management office segment in Brazil, driven by the fee-based remuneration model and the search for solutions more aligned with investor interests. Nord intends to increase the number of wealth houses connected to its structure and offer a wider range of services to both consultants and individual clients.
According to Renato Breia, founding partner of Nord Investimentos and responsible for Nord Wealth, the objective is to serve different profiles of clients and partners, from independent offices to large financial institutions, with personalized solutions. “With more players offering wealth services, Nord is positioned to deliver a tailored portfolio, combining independence, technology and specialization”, he states.
The medium-term goal is even more ambitious: reaching R$22 billion under consultancy in 2027, supported by organic growth, the entry of new partners and the diversification of areas of activity.
Expansion of B2B and reinforcement of the partner network
The B2B area, which already totals R$2.5 billion under management through 30 partner offices, is one of the main levers of the growth plan. Since March 2025, the front has been led by Jaqueline Maldonado, an executive with almost a decade of experience at BTG Pactual and a track record in business development in Multi Family Offices.
The objective for 2026 is to double the volume of resources managed via partners and expand the network of offices plugged into the Nord platform. To this end, the company plans to reinforce the team with new hires throughout the year, strengthening commercial operations and support for independent consultants.
At the same time, Nord is also investing in the expansion of services aimed at its customers’ own companies, with a focus on the entrepreneurial public. The corporate area was structured to offer exchange and credit solutions, expanding relationships with businesspeople who already use the company’s wealth consultancy.
In Breia’s assessment, the integration between wealth management and corporate solutions creates a more complete value proposition, capable of meeting both the personal and business needs of high-income clients.
Wealth planning gains prominence amid regulatory changes
Another strategic pillar is the launch of the wealth planning area, made up of lawyers specializing in wealth and succession planning. The initiative arises in a context of wealth transfer between generations, changes in investor behavior and the advancement of new regulations in the Brazilian financial market.

“Supporting customers at this time is fundamental. We are experiencing a combination of tax reform, evolution of investment rules and generational transformations, all enhanced by the amount of information brought by artificial intelligence”, says Breia. According to him, estate and succession planning becomes even more relevant for high-income clients given the tax impacts and the need to organize the transmission of assets.
The proposal is to integrate legal, tax and financial views, offering a structured approach to the preservation and continuity of family assets, aligned with investment strategies and asset governance.
Technology and integrated platform support the strategy
In the technological field, Nord is betting on Nord Hub, a platform launched in 2025 that integrates customer service, analysis and management into a single digital ecosystem. The tool allows you to automate operational routines and free consultants to focus on relationships and allocation strategy.
