The rapporteur of the CPI on Organized Crime, senator Alessandro Vieira (MDB-SE), intends to file a request to break the confidentiality of the office of minister Alexandre de Moraes’ wife, lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes. The information is from UOL.
According to the portal, with the request, the rapporteur wants to include the Master case in the commission’s investigations. According to Vieira, the lawyer would be involved in the sale process of Banco Master to Banco de Brasília (BRB), and her office would have gained influence after hiring services from Daniel Vorcaro.
In addition to Viviane, according to the UOLthe senator also requested the breach of confidentiality of the Tayayá resort, in Paraná, which had in its corporate structure brothers and a cousin of Federal Supreme Court minister Dias Toffoli — responsible for reporting the case at the STF.
Opportunity with security!
The attempt to bring the Banco Master case to the Organized Crime CPI could frustrate the plans of parliamentarians linked to the Centrão and the right, who are trying to establish an exclusive commission to investigate the issue and, thus, cause wear and tear on the figure of Alexandre de Moraes.
