After a weekend with two more speeding incidents in the city of Salzburg, the Salzburg State Transport Councilor Stefan Schnöll (ÖVP) is proposing a lifelong driving license revocation for speeders if they pose a general danger. “We have to focus directly on the handlebars,” says Schnöll. In some cases, the confiscation of cars as a punishment for speeding does not apply.
