This Monday, January 26th, another ‘Passadeira Vermelha’ aired, a SIC Caras program led by Liliana Campos.
One of the topics highlighted was the video shared – and since deleted – by Rebeca Caldeira, digital influencer, which showed the moment when, while recording a video with her son, the little one hits her.
Since the moment generated a lot of criticism, the digital content creator decided to remove the video and leave an explanation on social media.
Faced with the ‘controversy’, Filipa Torrinha Nunes decided to speak out and, in a more serious tone, criticized the exposure of Rebeca Caldeira’s son on social media.
“People who right now have access to information and yet, even though they have the desire to take the kid off the internet, they are exposing the kid on the internet in a way that I think violates their privacy, it’s their private life, it’s a child’s emotions.”he began by saying.
Perplexed, the psychologist also admitted: “I think this is pornographic, it shocks me, it makes me sick to see, come from Rebeca, Maria, Ana. (…) I like Rebeca, I think it’s being a huge success, but I can’t agree and like any and every exposure she makes of this kid, and she does a lot (…). This child’s anonymity is being stolen (…), it was stolen from him, he didn’t choose it (…). It will stop now but until today… He is also a living being, he also has rights”realized.
After highlighting that “no parent has the right to do this”, Filipa Torrinha Nunes concluded: “(…) This cannot be something that we can normalize, with two fingers and with the information we have nowadays, we cannot!”.
