The adult content producer Andressa Urach responded, in recent days, to comments that she was practicing “ incest” when recording explicit videos with his own son, Arthur Urach.
In an interview with “Em Off”, Andressa commented on the recording of the video and the allegation that she was committing a crime.

When asked by the journalist whether she had had a sexual relationship with her son, Andressa replied: “There is a video with adult content and to watch it you would have to access the platform”, she alleged. She further explained: “I’m an actress, Arthur is an actor. So, there are two people making adult content like a film on Netflix”, she added.
The producer also spoke about speculation that he was committing a crime. “Under the law of my country, incest is not a crime,” he said. Furthermore, Andressa condemned abusive practices and argued that, when the relationship is not consensual, it needs to be investigated.
Andressa and her son recorded a video
In the first week of January this year, Andressa Urach revealed, through social media, that she had recorded an adult video with her son.
“I recorded it with my son Arthur! This is the video I was most asked for. I only recorded it when I was sure it was ready. It’s just the way you imagined — and better than you expected,” wrote Andressa.
The video was made available on Privacy, an adult video platform, where the model publishes collaborations with other personalities in the industry.
What does the law say?
In Brazil, the act of incest, identified as a consanguineous sexual relationship, is not considered a crime, as long as the child is not under 14 years old and the relationship was not under threat or violence so as not to constitute rape or bodily harm.
The practice can become a crime when analyzed as rape of a vulnerable person, rape or corruption of minors.
