The Association lists several problems: customer service support, portability and complaint resolution.
As complaints about the Digi are accumulating, the problems are apparently increasing and, therefore, DECO issued a notice on the operator.
The association begins by explaining that it has received several complaints about the company, which demonstrate “persistent problems in service provision and customer support”.

The most common complaints are about inaccurate information about the installation of services; wrong expectations, the customer is left waiting and doesn’t know exactly when the technicians arrive, apparently.

The legal deadlines provided for in cases of portability are not being complied with – and the service is often interrupted.
And yes, it is also a common complaint. The customer is left without mobile communications “for a long time”.
There are also complaints about invoices: double invoicing during Nowo to Digi; economic losses and difficulties in correcting the amounts charged.
Finally, cancel a contract with Digi it hasn’t been easy either: long delays and lack of concrete information.
Last year, Digi admitted problems, especially with regard to customer service: “We are aware of the need to work and improve our call center and our customer support and we are working on it. We are trying to provide the best possible service to our customers”, executive director Serghei Bulgac.
