The doctor Carlos Alberto Azevedo Silva Filhowho shot dead two other professional colleagues after a fight in a restaurant, in the Alphaville Plus neighborhood, was reported by the MPSP (Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo).
The complaint was filed on Monday (26) by prosecutor Vitor Petri and revealed this Tuesday (27). For Petri, Carlos Filho committed the murders with the qualifications of futile motive, causing common dangera resource that made it impossible to defend the victims and with the use of a restricted firearm.
After pulling out a 9mm pistol and firing several shots at the victims, even in the presence of municipal guards — a fact highlighted by the MPSP — and visitors to other establishments in the region.
The shooting victims were Luís Roberto Pellegrini Gomes, aged 43, and Vinicius Dos Santos Oliveira, aged 35. Images show the moment when the doctors clashed at the scene. It is possible to see that they argue and then exchange punches. Look:
After the fight, the Municipal Civil Guard was called and attended the restaurant. The situation would have initially been controlled. During the approach, the agents questioned whether Carlos was armed, but he denied it.
However, moments later, Luís Roberto and Vinicius leave the place. At that moment, the doctor walked towards them, pulled out a 9mm gun and fired several times.
According to the SSP (Public Security Secretariat), in a note sent on the date of the events, the firearm was seized, in addition to deflated capsules, a bag, various documents and R$ 16,140. The police represented by converting the arrest in flagrante delicto into preventive detention.
Receiving the complaint is the responsibility of the TJSP (Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo). The case was registered as a homicide and location/seizure of an object by the Barueri Police Station.
In 2025, doctor Carlos had already been detained in a case of racism inside a high-end hotelin Aracaju (SE).
