Lawyers for , former international advisor to the Presidency in the Jair Bolsonaro government, registered at a notary’s office in Ponta Grossa (PR) this Tuesday (27) data from a cell phone indicating that the last access to the LinkedIn network occurred in September 2024.

Bolsonaro’s former advisor is preventively detained in the metropolitan region of Curitiba because he allegedly accessed the social network at the end of last year, violating the precautionary measure determined by the minister.
Last year, Martins was convicted by the Supreme Court for participating in the attempted coup d’état, but he is not yet serving his sentence in that case, as he has pending appeals.

“What’s worth more? Official platform document with chain of custody and notarial minutes? Or prints without proof of origin, which could even have been forged with AI? The PGR and the minister think this second option is worth more. We don’t understand that”, adds the lawyer.
