TalentShift, a Portuguese company specializing in recruitment and talent management solutions, is promoting an Open Day on February 4th at the Pine Cliffs Resort Salon, in Albufeira, with the aim of filling more than 200 job vacancies in the region.
In a statement, TalentShift states that the recruitment action takes place between 10:00 and 16:00 and covers opportunities in several areas, namely hospitality, logistics, construction, industry and agriculture. In the hotel sector, all available vacancies are intended for the Pine Cliffs Resort, for roles in the areas of customer service, catering, reception, sports and leisure activities, spa, back office and maintenance.
According to Helena Cardador, Director of Operations at TalentShift, “this open day is a unique opportunity to bring candidates closer to one of the reference resorts in Portugal, which continues to focus on attracting talent”. The person in charge adds that “recruitment is much more than filling vacancies”, defending the creation of “the perfect match between the needs of the job market and the capabilities of candidates”.
The person responsible also emphasizes that the initiative aims to provide “an accessible, transparent experience and aligned with the expectations of those looking for a new professional opportunity in the hotel and services sector”.
