Ingredients for the pudding layer:

  • 800 ml of milk,
  • 200 g of butter,
  • 120 g sugar,
  • 2 packages of vanilla sugar,
  • 4 yolks,
  • 150 g of wheat flour,
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding.

Ingredients for the cream and coconut layer:

  • 250 g of cream 30%,
  • 50 g coconut flakes.

Additionally:

  • 200 g of milk chocolate,
  • 200 g butter biscuits.

Prepare the custard cream. Pour two glasses of milk into a tall container. Add the contents of the pudding package, egg yolks and flour. Mix everything briefly until combined. Boil the remaining milk in a large pot or pot with the butter and sugars. When the ingredients dissolve, reduce the burner power and pour the prepared mass in a thin stream. Stir vigorously until the cream becomes thick but lump-free. Once all ingredients are combined, set aside.

Make the cream-coconut layer. Whip the heavily cooled cream until stiff. Finally, add the coconut flakes and mix gently.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Assemble the dough. Place the biscuits on a baking tray. Gently spread a thin layer of chocolate. Spread the entire custard cream and then cover it with a layer of half the cream-coconut mixture. Arrange biscuits or sponge cakes. Spread the second part of the cream-coconut mixture on top.
