The agreement provides for the partial sale of Step Distinctive Ltd., Lame’s company, to Rich Sparkle, based in Hong Kong. The plan is to expand the influence of the 25-year-old Italian-Senegalese creator through partnerships with major brands and co-created products in the areas of beauty, perfumes and fashion.

The project also includes the creation of an artificial intelligence version of Khaby Lame, which will reproduce his expressions, voice and gestures to generate content in multiple languages on social media.

Before signing up with Lame, Rich Sparkle primarily engaged in financial document printing and corporate services for listed companies and institutional clients in Hong Kong.
