Almost every month, a new lawsuit relating to the Pilnacek case arrived in various courts – especially against Peter Pilz and his book “Pilnacek – Death of the Section Chief”. Several top police officers, Christian Pilnacek’s widow Caroline List, the journalist Gernot Rohrhofer and chief investigator Hannes Fellner: They all took action against Pilz or his book and were at least successful in the first instance.
