Dollar opens close to stability after Copom indicates interest rate cut in March

O dollar sustains light lows, close to stability, in Brazil this Thursday (29), after the Copom (Monetary Policy Committee) of the Banco Central indicate the day before that you want cut interest rates in Marchwhile abroad the American currency rises against hard currencies, but falls against some pairs of the real.
