The Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa, confirmed this Thursday (29) that the current executive secretary of the department, Miriam Belchior, is the name indicated by President Lula to succeed him from April.
“The president has already communicated his choice to both Miriam and me. She was Minister of Planning, works hard, is a competent technician and will take over the ministry at the beginning of April. The president’s priority is that [as indicações] come from those who are already on the team, so that there is no discontinuity in government actions”, he stated.
