Rate of voters who say they would “definitely vote” for the PT member is 31.5%
A survey by Paraná Pesquisas released this Friday (January 30, 2026) shows that 45.3% of Brazilian voters “they wouldn’t vote at all” in the president (PT). Those who declare that “I would definitely vote” are 31.5% and those who “could vote”22,3%. Leia a (PDF – 489 kB).
The survey asked voters about the possibility of them voting for the candidates for president of Brazil.

Here’s how those who said they responded “I would definitely vote”:
- Lula – 31,5%;
- Flávio Bolsonaro – 26,3%;
- Tarcisio – 15,1%;
- Ratinho Junior – 5,3%.
Here’s how those who said they responded “could vote”:
- Ratinho Junior – 60%;
- Tarcisio – 48,1%;
- Flávio Bolsonaro – 28,1%;
- Lula – 22,3%.
The survey also tested whether the interviewees knew who the candidates for the Planalto were.
Here’s how those who said they responded “they know well”:
- Lula – 82,1%;
- Flávio Bolsonaro – 34,9%;
- Tarcisio – 32,8%;
- Ratinho Junior – 18,9%.
Here’s how those who said they responded “they only know from hearing about it”:
- Flávio Bolsonaro – 52,7%;
- Ratinho Junior – 49,8%;
- Tarcisio – 44,4%;
- Lula – 16,1%.
Here’s how those who said they responded “they don’t know”:
- Ratinho Junior – 31,3%;
- Tarcisio – 22,7%;
- Flávio Bolsonaro – 12,4%;
- Lula – 1,9%.

Paraná Pesquisas interviewed 2,080 voters from all over Brazil from January 25th to 28th, 2026. The interviews were carried out in person. The margin of error is 2.2 percentage points, plus or minus, and the confidence level is 95%. Registration with the TSE is BR-08254/2026. According to the company, the study cost R$50,000 and was paid for by its own resources.
