Egg white cookies are a great way to use up leftovers after baking and cooking. After preparing cakes, creams or classic carbonara, egg whites are often left unused. Instead of wondering what to do with them, it is worth turning them into a sweet dessert that does not require many additives or extensive experience in the kitchen. Such the cookies are light, slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the insideand you can easily adjust them to your own preferences by adding coconut flakes or nuts. This is a perfect example zero waste kitchen in practice – without wasting food, but with great pleasure from eating.
