After detailed work and an intense exchange of information between the intelligence sectors of the two institutions, investigators managed to locate JMCLC, aged 53, who was hiding in an isolated area of the municipality of Iranduba, in the state of Amazonas. The place of refuge was difficult to access and could only be reached by boat, which required planning and coordinated action from the teams involved.
