Devastated Boraros at the funeral of Jákliová († 31): Only I knew how to look after her! Painful words

On Thursday, January 29, family and friends came to say goodbye to fitness influencer Monika Jákliová († 31) in the village of Dolný Štál after she suffered fatal injuries in a serious traffic accident on Wednesday, January 21. Her former partner and MMA fighter Gábor Boráros also attended the funeralwho described his feelings in an interview for the newspaper.

At the last farewell, he commented on their common bond. “It’s quite difficult… she wasn’t my wife or my girlfriend, but we have a daughter together, so it’s difficult,” he admitted, as they were raising a three-year-old girl named Zora together. For both of them, she became the reason why they were still in contact.

With a heavy heart, but according to the psychologist’s recommendation, he had to tell her the worst news. “I already had to explain to her what happened so that she knows that mommy will never come again. It’s a difficult task to tell her. Every day she remembers mommy, how they played together. It’s hard to keep hearing that.” he said with tears in his eyes.

He speaks only in superlatives about his former partner in front of his daughter. “I tell her that she was the strongest in the world and how much she loved her… right he’s watching over her, but she’s already up there in heaven. I remind her that she will be watching her every day and she is very smart. I don’t want to deal with it anymore,” he closed the topic.

During their relationship, he said, he still kept a protective hand over her. “Nothing’s going to bring her back. I looked out for her when we were still together, but since we’re not together, it seems like… Only I knew how to look out for her. That’s not my job anymore. Now I will focus only on my daughter and I will watch over her forever,” he vowed.

He has decided to put his own pain on the back burner and is now putting all his energy into his daughter’s future. “I have to be strong and I have to keep going like before. Zora needs me and I will endure it, I will continue. It doesn’t matter how hard it will be, I don’t care, I will be stronger and I will make it. Above all, for her to be happy, to have a good life, and I will focus only on that. What happened will not change. I don’t want to deal with it anymore, because it makes no sense,” he added.
