See the first images of the cast of the new “The Beatles” films

Biographies focused on “The Beatles” are in production, and Harris Dickinson, Paul Mescal, Joseph Quinn and Barry Keoghan appeared in the first images of biopics. The quartet will play John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr, respectively.

The images were revealed by the Liverpol Performing Arts Institute (Lipa), in the hometown of the original members of the group, which is distributing exclusive postcards with the first images of the characterized actors. “We hide cards around Lipa, and we want students to find them,” announced the educational institution. After the announcement, several students began sharing the cards they found.

Also this Tuesday (29), Barry Keoghan attended the UK premiere of his new feature film, “Caminhos do Crime”, starring Pedro Pascal and Chris Hemsworth. The event marked the actor’s first public appearance after abandoning the short strands and coming up with a long look with bangs, a characterization played by drummer Ringo Starr.

Four films about the lives of the quartet are in production by filmmaker Sam Mendes (“1917”), one. The biopic marks the first time that the stories of Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr and the group’s musical rights have been authorized for film.

For Variety magazine, Mendes described the project “The Beatles: A Cinematographic Event in Four Films” as the “first theatrical experience worthy of a marathon”. The films have Premiere scheduled for 2028.
