The new documents released by the United States Department of Justice this Friday (30) regarding the Epstein case bring alleged crimes committed by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, with minors. In all, more than three million pages of investigations were published and, according to the international press.

In the documents of to which Jovem Pan had access, the republican is accused of auctioning off children and sexually abusing them. “Jeffrey Epstein would bring the children and Trump would auction them off. He measured the children’s vulva and vagina by inserting a finger and classifying them according to firmness”, says part of the document containing the complaint against the US president.

In the statements, it was reported that Trump had had a relationship with a minor and “regularly participated in paying money to force her to perform sexual acts with him”, in addition to having witnessed the moment in which the young woman’s uncle “murdered her newborn son”.

The accusations did not stop there. A friend of the victim, who was not identified, was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on President Trump approximately 35 years ago in New Jersey. At the time, she was between 13 and 14 years old. During the sexual act, the victim allegedly bit Trump and was hit in the face by the Republican after laughing about what happened. She also said she was abused by Epstein.

Bill Gates and Elon Musk mentioned in the files

In addition to Trump, tycoons Bill Gates and Elon Musk also appear in the documents. The owner of Microsoft would have contracted an STD from a Russian woman. Email drafts found on Epstein’s computer accuse Gates of planning to “secretly” give his wife, Melinda, antibiotics.

This is yet another batch of documents released. convicted sex offender and businessman known for his connections to some of the most influential people in the world — including Donald Trump, who, as president, tried to keep the documents secret. Gates denies the statements.

As for Musk, he would have a closer relationship with Epstein than previously known. The tycoon, until then, has been extremely critical in relation to those linked to Epstein. However, the new documents may present a different narrative. The emails discovered about their relationship show cordial messages from Musk with Epstein and the scheduling of a visit by the tycoon to Epstein’s island, which should have taken place in December 2013, but was not consolidated due to differences in the schedule. “I am very disappointed. I hope we can set another date soon,” Epstein wrote.

Trump questions the credibility of the documents

The appearances of Trump’s name in Epstein case documents are nothing new. He even traveled on the financier’s private jet. At the end of 2025, the American Department of Justice even qualified some of the allegations as “false and sensational”, stating that, if they had credibility, they would have already been used against Trump.

The 79-year-old president, who has not been charged with crimes linked to Epstein, as it could harm innocent people, adding that “everyone was friends with this guy.”

Epstein investigations

Police in Palm Beach, Florida, began their investigation into Epstein in 2005 after the family of a 14-year-old girl reported that she had been abused at his mansion. The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) joined the case, and authorities collected statements from several teenage girls who said they were hired to perform “sexual massages” on Epstein.

Despite this, prosecutors ended up offering Epstein a deal that allowed him to avoid federal prosecution. He pleaded guilty to state charges of prostitution involving a minor under 18 and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
