Secretariat of Urban Development and Housing will give preference to entities with projects scheduled for delivery by June this year
The São Paulo government resumed the Feirão Casa Paulista on Friday (30). In this new stage, construction companies and entities that wish to join the program will be able to register with the Department of Urban Development and Housing.
The secretariat will give priority to entities with projects scheduled for delivery by June. To participate in the program, interested parties must send the Term of Adhesion to the email feirao@casapaulista.sp.gov.br and meet the following requirements:
- Properties must have at least two bedrooms;
- Sign sales contracts with Caixa Federal.
Launched in 2011, the Casa Paulista program aims to facilitate access for to Real Estate Letters of Credit (CCI) for purchasing property in municipalities in the state of São Paulo. In the fair’s editions, held from September to December 2025, 4,507 letters of credit were issued, covering 241 projects.
Since 2023, the program has delivered 46,100 homes. There are still 57.3 thousand .
