Quick Chinese for lovers of Asian flavors. The secret is the sweet and sour sauce

We all like to eat something oriental from time to time. Instead of looking for a suitable restaurant, you can also successfully prepare a great meal at home. Fast Chinese this is a proposition for those who are particularly busy. The entire frying process will take no more than 10 minutes, and including the preparation of the ingredients, fifteen minutes.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 300 g pork shoulder,
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce,
  • 1 egg yolk,
  • 50 g of corn flour.

Vegetables:

  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic.

Sos:

  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar,
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
  • 3 tablespoons of water,
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup,
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt,
  • 1.5 teaspoons of corn flour.

Additionally:

Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into cubes. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of cornflour. Mix and put the meat in the marinade. After a few minutes, add the remaining flour and coat the spatula.

Clean the pepper and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.

Prepare the sauce by combining in a separate bowl: vinegar, powdered sugar, water, ketchup, salt.

Heat the oil in a pan to 180 degrees Celsius. Add the pork and fry it in 2 batches for 3 minutes each, then fry them together for another 30 seconds. Set the meat aside, keeping it warm.

Add a tablespoon of oil and add the peppers to the pan. Fry for 2 minutes and remove. Add garlic and onion. Fry for 30 seconds and add the peppers back. Pour the sauce from the bowl over the vegetables.

Bring everything to a boil and add corn flour dissolved in water. Stir and cook for a few seconds until thickened. Add pork and mix lightly.

Place the quick Chinese on a plate and serve immediately, preferably with rice or noodles. You can sprinkle the dish with chopped chives.
