Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims that Russia has not launched attacks on energy infrastructure facilities in Ukraine since Friday morning. It emerged from his words that Ukraine will also refrain from attacks on oil refineries and other critical infrastructure objects in Russia.

The Kremlin explained the moratorium as an effort to create a favorable environment for talks in Abu Dhabi, the second round of which is scheduled to begin on February 1. There is no news yet on whether the meeting will actually take place on Sunday.
