Adela Vinczeová invited herself to her show a long-time colleague, but also a very good friend Matej Sajfa Cifra. The interview was carried out in the spirit of balancing their friendship and joint professional journey. The couple returned to the most important life events in which they were each other’s greatest support.
Sajfa revealed the moment he learned from the Vinczes that they were becoming parents. At that time, he and his family were on vacation in Abu Dhabi. “I remember the moment when you told us that you had taken Maxík home,” he remembered. Above all, his wife Veronika was so moved by this news that tears streamed down her face.
For the radio announcer, this was not just an ordinary news, but an event that left a deep mark on him thanks to a huge gesture of love from his good friends. “I realized exactly what an amazing door you opened into that person’s life. And that was like wow for me!” he admitted with genuine admiration in his voice.
Education in two languages
The presenter and her husband Viktor Vincz welcomed their son Maxík into the family at the end of 2022. They went through a long and difficult adoption process together, but after almost a year and a half he became their son legally. Their approach to education is interesting – while Adela talks to the boy in Slovak, Viktor speaks to him exclusively in English from the first day.
Many people accused the husband that they could harm him. According to some critics, the child could be confused, his speech will slow downbut there have also been claims that a foreign language can be learned at school after all. “These are all myths disproved by science… the poor thing may be confused, but at most from adults who confidently declare their opinions as facts,” emphasized Vincze in September 2025 on Instagram.
“And our beautiful Slovak? It is his primary and unequivocal mother tongue, which he receives from all around and from his primary relational person – his mother. And there’s daddy for English (daddy, editor’s note),” remarked the former face of the Marquis TV newspaper.
