To monitor and monitor actions to combat school dropout involving children and adolescents throughout the State, the Public Ministry of Acre (MPAC) established an administrative procedure to monitor and monitor actions to combat school dropout involving children and adolescents throughout the state. The initiative is part of the project “MP Educa: Acting on Resolving School Evasion”, which aims to identify students outside the classroom and demand measures to ensure their return and stay at school. The information was released in this Monday’s edition (2) of the institution’s electronic diary.

The ordinance, signed by prosecutor Abelardo Townes de Castro Júnior, provides for direct monitoring of the Active School Search Program, developed by the State Department of Education, in addition to the analysis of risk situations that lead to abandonment of studies, such as social vulnerability, child labor and difficulties in accessing education.
The procedure will initially be valid for one year, during which the Public Ministry will gather documents, monitor data and evaluate the effectiveness of public policies aimed at basic education. If necessary, the deadline may be extended.
The proposal is to centralize information and strengthen the performance of the protection network, ensuring that children and adolescents do not remain invisible to the educational system. School dropout, in addition to compromising the future of students, is directly linked to increased social vulnerability and the violation of fundamental rights.
