The level of the Acre River remained above the transshipment quota this Monday (2) in Rio Brancoaccording to a bulletin published by Civil Defense of Rio Branco.

According to monitoring, at 5:19 am, the river reached 15.42 meters, showing a slight elevation. At 9 am, the level rose to 15.44 meters. In the afternoon, at 12 pm, there was a small reduction to 15.43 meters, followed by a new increase at 3 pm, when it returned to 15.44 meters. At 6 pm, the river registered 15.43 meters, indicating a new downward oscillation.
Despite the instability in levels, Civil Defense reported that there was no record of rain in the last 24 hours, with an accumulation of 0.00 millimeters, which helps to avoid a more significant increase in the water source.
The Acre River’s alert level is 13.50 meters, while the overflow level is 14.00 meters, both of which have already been exceeded. Monitoring continues continuously by Municipal Civil Defense teams.
The bulletin is signed by the municipal coordinator of Civil Defense, Cláudio Falcão, lieutenant colonel of the Fire Department, who reinforces that the body constantly monitors the river level and remains ready to adopt measures, should the scenario change.
