The and the federal government reached an agreement to approve bills that adjust the salaries of Executive and Legislative employees and create a Federal Institute in Patos, the electoral stronghold of the President of the House, (-PB).
One of the proposals brings a series of changes to the federal Executive’s career structure, which includes adjustments for doctors and veterinarians and employees in the tax and customs career.
This project was added to three others, in an agreement between the Chamber and the government, which also deal with changes in careers and the structural organization of public bodies. One of them deals with the creation of the Federal Institute of Sertão Paraibano, with headquarters in Patos, the result of the dismemberment of the Federal Institute of .
Another proposal provides for readjustments in the bonus for legislative activity, given to Senate employees, and establishes an additional allowance for employees in positions of legislative consultants and lawyers, analysts, technicians and legislative assistants.
Still in the Legislature, a bill to readjust salaries for Chamber employees was also presented this Tuesday (6). The proposal establishes a performance bonus, which corresponds to a minimum of 40% and a maximum of 100% of the highest basic salary for the position held by the employee.
