The Court of Arbitration for Sports does not feel responsible in the case. Now the US association is trying a new way to get permission to compete for its honorable athlete
Katie Uhlaender’s ambition to compete in the Olympics is, well, on hold.
After missing the Olympic qualification, US skeleton tennis player Katie Uhlaender was rebuffed in front of the ad hoc chamber of the International Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in the fight for a subsequent ticket for the Winter Games in Milan/Cortina (February 6th to 22nd). The CAS stated on Monday evening that they were not responsible for their case. The results of the controversial qualifying race on January 11th remain unchanged.
