The information in question was disclosed by Pacholok during his participation in the Monstercast podcast on Monday night (2).
Together, Menegate and the trainer of several other world bodybuilding stars – such as Ramon Dino, Derek Lunsford and Vitalii Ugolnikov – were champions of MuscleWorld Pro 2024 and Texas Pro 2025.
