Avenida dos Aliados, in Alcácer do Sal, was flooded again due to the rise of the Sado River, cutting roads and requiring help by boat. The Minister of Infrastructure, Miguel Pinto Luz, was at the scene and, in a brief statement to journalists, assured that the Executive will not give up.
Part of the main avenue in Alcácer do Sal is once again flooded, a situation that could worsen throughout the afternoon. The Minister of Infrastructure went to the site this Tuesday morning, a visit that was supposed to last around half an hour, but what It ended up being just over five minutes.
The return is scheduled for this Tuesday, but the rise in rio Sado came to change the plans during the night.
