Brussels – NATO has begun military planning for an Arctic mission. “Planning is underway for a NATO measure to increase vigilance called ‘Arctic Sentry’,” spokesman for NATO’s highest command in Europe, Martin O’Donnell, told the AFP news agency on Tuesday, confirming a report by the Spiegel. O’Donnell did not want to give details because the planning had only just begun.
